We may offer a free trial period (typically 7 days) for new users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription. Free trial availability and duration may vary.

6.3. Recurring Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. As access to the Service is provided immediately upon subscription, you are not entitled to a refund (whether partial or full) for any purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6.6. Price Changes

If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6.7. Payment Failure

If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may suspend your access to premium features until payment is successfully processed. We may also terminate your subscription after multiple failed payment attempts.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR. All investment decisions are made solely by you, and you bear full responsibility for any financial outcomes.

11.3. Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
